Human Resources & Administration Officer
1、To establish proper sales channels based on corporate overall business goals and develop distribution partners on a nation-wide scale；
2、To make strategic plans and carry on planned visits to distributors, and to reach vital cooperation agreements with them；
3、To carry on sales channel establishment, integration, management, optimization and maintain positive relationship with distributors；
4、To assist in making and implementing marketing & promotion plans, work closely with distributors to facilitate sales and business developments；
5、To bring up product and process optimization suggestions to the company management based on distributors feedback, help distributors with promotion to local design institutes or end-users；
1、 Bachelor degree or above, with over 5 years experience in distribution channel development and management, candidate(s) who have industrial door sales related experiences (is) are preferred；
2、 More than 3 years of channel development experience in construction materials, mechanical equipment, logistics equipment and other industries；
3、Have a certain extent of social resources and network, with strong ability of channel development and management；
4、Good professional image, positive and enterprising, being good at communicating, coordinating and organizing, being passionate and energetic；
5、Strong sense of marketing and strong consciousness in pioneering；
6、Be able to travel frequently;
7、Proficient in listening, speaking and writing English；
8、Have strong skills of language communication in reading and writing; familiar with the use of Word / Excel / PowerPoint and other Office softwares, and be able to use CAD；
1、Be responsible for team building and personnel training & development in that area；
2、To actively explore potential customers, develop sales market and complete sales tasks; carry out product promotion and branding towards to design institutes and management companies；
3、To visit customers and provide professional consultation, quotation and service；
4、To maintain and manage customer relationship and improve customers’ operation process；
5、To complete daily routine, work plans and sales tasks assigned by department head, and report work plans and sales status update to the upper management on a regular basis;
1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in architecture, machinery, marketing, etc.;
2、More than 2 years sales experience in the industry; outstanding sales performance is a plus;
3、To have sales resources of design institutes, engineering management companies, contractors and proprietors；
4、Outward and agile with strong communication and interpersonal skills, easy-going;
5、To have ability in basic market analysis and judgment, and good awareness of customer service;
6、To have a sense of responsibility and work under pressure；
7、Good listening, speaking and writing skills in English；
8、To have strong language communication and writing skills; familiar with the use of Word / Excel / PowerPoint and other Office softwares, and be able to use CAD.
1、Be responsible for the product sales tasks and sales support in that area;
2、Be responsible for collecting market and industry information, developing new markets, developing new customers, increasing product sales field, and assisting in completing sales targets;

5、Complete technical support work and carry out technical communications with customers.
1、College degree or above; major in electrical automation or mechatronics; experience in the industry is preferred;

1、 Be familiar with procurement process; select suppliers and purchase in strict accordance with the company's procurement process;
2、 Be responsible for the development, evaluation and optimization of new suppliers;
3、 Be responsible for purchasing according to the demand information in the purchase requisition, and complete the purchase order process;
4、 Inquire, compare and negotiate with suppliers, and report relevant information (delivery cycle, minimum order quantity, packaging requirements, quality standards, price and requirements, etc.);
5、 Reduce the cost of material and ensure the quality of material;
6、 Be responsible for the tracking of procurement progress to ensure that material can be delivered to warehouse timely, with quality and quantity guaranteed；
7、 Assist the company and suppliers to deal with quality problems;
8、 Assist the finance department and suppliers to deal with accounting issues.
1、 Bachelor degree or above; more than two years purchasing experience；
2、 Be familiar with performance, quality standard, structure and use of purchased products; experience in the industry is preferred；
3、 Good communication skills, target planning ability and negotiation skills；
4、 Honest and upright.
1、Be responsible for the management of the company's staff files, contracts and other important files;
2、Be responsible for the management of handling, replacement, renewal, annual review and change of various certificates the company;
3、Be responsible for the company's office environment maintenance, equipment asset management and other logistics work;
4、Be responsible for organizing and implementing all administrative personnel and logistics management;
5、Be responsible for the recruitment and selection of all posts of the company; allocate appropriate personnel to posts according to authorized size; reduce staff resign rate; draw up, implement and control the labor cost budget;
6、Be responsible for the handling of labor procedures such as employment, resignation, promotion, job transfer, salary increase, etc. of company staff; establish and maintain personnel files; handle and update labor contracts; manage daily attendance, leave, overtime work control, recruitment and dismissal, changes in social insurances and provident funds;
7、Organize and manage new employee training and on-the-job staff training;
8、Assess performance of each post; be responsible for the accounting and payment of wages and bonuses, and the implementation of personnel management related to festival welfare;
9、Build and maintain good employee relationship, resolve labor disputes properly if any.
1、College degree or above; more than five years of experience in administrative and personnel work; qualification certificate of human resource manager is preferred;
2、Master the basic theory of human resource management and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations;
3、Be familiar with the basic matters of personnel administration and related government affairs process;
4、Have strong language communication and writing skills; be familiar with the use of Word / Excel / PowerPoint and other Office softwares;
5、Have good organization, coordination and communication ability; be excellent in liaison work and public relations, and have the ability to deal with emergencies;
6、Have professional ethics; practical and steady; have strong sense of responsibility, and active in work;

1、Account management expenses, financial expenses, and review the original vouchers of relevant expenses;
2、Make expense management reports, and analyze and explain the expenses with large changes;
3、Account other receivable, payables payments and bank loans, and check the transactions of other receivables monthly;
4、Be responsible for overall accounting, declaration, etc;
5、Implement relevant internal control system and manage relevant contracts;
6、Account and manage company assets;
7、Organize and arrange the settlement work; collect and make external and internal reports.

2、More than five years of experience in financial accounting;
3、Be familiar with national accounting standards and relevant financial and tax laws and policies.
